The Cloud One Hotel & Residences, a pre-construction development, is set to redefine luxury living in Wynwood. Located at 2215 NW 1st Pl, this 8-story building will feature 87 exclusive residences, with completion anticipated in 2028. The project is a collaboration between developers Motel One Sebastian Lüdke of ALP.X Group and Ralf Büschl of Büschl Group of Companies, with architectural design by ODP and HWKN. Residences range from studios to three-bedroom layouts, offering floor plans from 450 to over 2,200 square feet. A limited collection of 15 duplex penthouses presents an elevated living experience, distinguished by impressive ceilings reaching up to 22 feet high. The building's exterior will feature a striking Euro-modern mural façade, envisioned by Goldman Global Arts, the creative force behind Wynwood Walls. This distinctive artistic element promises a unique presence within the vibrant Wynwood neighborhood.
