Originally from Shanghai, Vicky Kotenko settled in Miami after living internationally for many years. Later, she explored various countries and their cultures across the globe. A Miami resident since 2021, Vicky has found her home. From Sorsogon City, Philippines, Medylyn Garcera has been managing short-term rental properties since 2021. With a comprehensive role that includes generating listings, guest communication, bookings, handling reviews, and remedying issues, Medylyn dedicates herself to providing high-quality service tailored to each client's unique needs. "I strive to be a reliable and innovative professional who goes above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction,” Medylyn says. "It's important I offer an efficient, transparent, and stress-free experience when managing vacation rentals for people." Medylyn holds a bachelor's degree in education and had a corporate career before becoming a property management representative, which she continues to do from her hometown of Sorsogon City. Although located far from Miami, clients would never know because they feel Medylyn is right by their side. She greatly values integrity, commitment, and excellence, which are reflected in every aspect of her work. "They inspire me to build strong relationships and consistently deliver outstanding results," Medylyn says.
Charina Villaflores has been working in the travel and hospitality industry since 2017. Serving retired couples, multi-generational families, and empty nesters, she goes above and beyond to exceed her clients’ expectations and is guided by her integrity, accountability, and responsibility. Originally from Mercedes, Camarines Norte, a municipality in the Philippines, Charina earned a diploma in information technology and joined MAK seasoned in customer service, multi-tasking, and phone etiquette. Charina also has a real estate background as an assistant, where she coordinated documentation between buyers and developers. Joining the real estate industry wasn’t just a professional choice for Charina but a personal one. “I want to buy my mother a beautiful and comfortable home,” she says, a testament to her love and dedication. Charina currently lives in Manila, Philippines, and enjoys reading, cooking, and traveling in her free time.
A native of Cavite, Philippines, Kimberly Sarno has been in the real estate industry since 2021. Representing sales, rentals, and distressed properties, Kimberly juggles multiple bookings per day and relies on her tech skills and talent for attracting customers to help generate campaigns and leads. "I'm confident about effectively supporting this business, from generating leads to finalizing bookings to anything else needed to keep things running smoothly," Kimberly says. Before launching her real estate career, Kimberly earned a bachelor's degree in accounting technology, and her extensive resume includes social media manager, appointment setter, account executive, executive assistant to the CEO, cold caller, sales development representative, and client success manager. She also spent four years in the BPO industry. "I've worn many hats along the way, and I'm excited to apply all I've learned to new opportunities," Kimberly says.
